Discount Meth and Fentanyl Cleaning LLC is a Denver-based methamphetamine and fentanyl remediation company, working to Colorado's 6 CCR 1014-3 standards under a certified Decontamination Supervisor. Denver and the surrounding metro is our primary market; we cover the rest of Colorado from there.
Meth and fentanyl remediation in Colorado has a pricing problem. It's a distressed purchase — people call after something has already gone wrong, usually on a deadline, usually frightened, and usually with no idea what the work should cost. That combination attracts pricing that has very little to do with the labor and materials involved.
The industry standard playbook is: refuse to quote over the phone, send an estimator, build urgency, and present a number in the five figures. Published industry averages put residential remediation at $15,000–$20,000. We do not think that number reflects what most of these jobs actually take.
We know that because one of us was on the receiving end of it for ten years — see below. So we built the opposite. Published rates on the website, so you can scope your own job before you ever speak to us. A free lab-report review and a free in-person walkthrough. Then a written, itemized number you can hold us to. We beat competitor bids daily, and we will tell you honestly when someone else's bid is the fair one.
Two people, both reachable. If something goes wrong on your job you are not going to be routed to a call centre in another state — you will end up talking to one of us.
A licensed Colorado realtor for over ten years, and a fix-n-flip investor for every one of them. Where most investors walk away from meth- and fentanyl-affected properties, Theodoros specialised in them — buying the houses nobody else would touch, remediating them, and putting them back on the market clean.
That is where this company came from. He knows what remediation should cost because he has paid for it dozens of times, and he can spot a padded bid because he has been handed plenty of them.
Five years in the cleaning industry, and several more before that running fix-n-flips and general construction. Chaz handles the operational side — crews, scheduling, scope, and the standard the work is held to.
The construction background is the part that matters most on a decon job. Knowing what is behind a wall before you open it, and what it costs to put back, is the difference between an accurate quote and an expensive surprise.
Being the low-price option in a safety business only works if you can explain it. Here's the whole explanation:
This is the part that matters more than the price:
Cheap comes out of overhead. It never comes out of the protocol.
Send us what you've been quoted. We'll read it line by line, tell you straight whether the scope is fair, and show you where we land against it.
Fails clearance? Second clean steeply discounted. Fails twice? Third clean free, or a minimum charge by room and property size. We back our primary remediation instead of billing you full price to fix it.
Your firm number comes after we review your lab report and walk the property — never off a phone call. Once it's in writing it's locked, and unforeseen conditions get re-quoted before we proceed, never billed after.
Colorado regulation 6 CCR 1014-3 governs sampling, assessment, decontamination, technician certification and the clearance certification that makes a property legally remediated. Every job we run is performed to that standard, under a certified Decontamination Supervisor, to OSHA standards for hazardous materials handling, with waste disposed under proper manifest.
We will say plainly what we do not yet hold: our CDPHE contractor certification is in process, and we are not going to claim it until the certificate is in hand. When it is issued it will appear here with its number, the same as everything above.
We carry general liability and pollution liability coverage. Certificates of insurance are available on request for any client who needs one on file — property managers and commercial owners usually do.
Free estimate, statewide, no obligation — and if you just want someone to read a quote you got from somebody else and tell you whether it's fair, we'll do that too.
Free estimate, a written itemized number, and a firm price confirmed once we have reviewed your lab report and walked the property in person. We beat competitor bids daily.
